I'm Gemma and I run GO Bump GO Buggy. When Pregnant with my son I found it really hard to find an exercise class that not just took pregnant women, but one that fitted around my working life. I had similar problems after my son was born, I wanted to exercise to loose all the baby weight I had gained but didn't want to do it on my own and couldn't go to the gym as there was no-where for my son to go whilst I exercised. This gave me the push I needed to start GO Bump GO Buggy. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer who specialised in post/ante natal exercise and GP Referrals so all it took was a little bit of organising and here we are!
Exercise both during and after pregnancy is highly beneficial for both you and baby, it makes for an easier labour, prevents too much weight gain, helps reduce post natal depression, and gets you back into shape. The added bonus of GO Bump GO Buggy is that you meet loads of friends along the way! Benefits for your baby are a happier mum, getting out in the fresh air really helps them sleep, and it promotes a great start to their views on exercising and keeping fit!

The classes are focused on toning and strengthening your whole body, (especially the bits us mums need to focus on!) and cardio to get your blood pumping, burn those calories and boost your energy levels. All classes are kept to a maximum of 10 so everyone gets individual help and advice.
